LCV Sales
Domestic sales of new light commercial vehicles (bakkies and minibuses) โ at 13,171 units during June 2026 โ recorded a gain of 1,016 units, or +8,4% compared to the 12,155 units sold in June 2025.
MCV Sales
Medium commercial vehicle sales โ at 647 units in June 2026 โ recorded a 0,6% increase compared to the 643 units sold in June 2025.
HCV Sales
Sales of heavy trucks and buses โ at 2,271 units in June 2026 โ reflected a 15,9% increase compared to the 1,960 units sold in June 2025.

Patrik Glas Crommert is currently MD of Scania Finance Southern and Eastern Africa. He has spent the last 20 years in finance and general management positions in large corporates, of which the last 10 were in Africa.
