Tata Motors and Daewoo Trucks show their might in Meyerton

A “mega customer-connect initiative” recently took place at the new Tata Vaal facility in Meyerton, Midvaal. The Tata dealership specialises in sales of new and used trucks, buses and spare parts and provides servicing support.

Prashant Shukla, head of sales, marketing and network development at Daewoo, says: “The dealership will be selling products from Tata Motors in India and from Daewoo Trucks in South Korea.”

At the event, key models and brands were on display including the Daewoo trucks: Maximus KL3TX, Novus K5DEF and Novus-K5MVF.

Tata Motors displayed the New Ultra 814, LPT 1518, LPT 813 and the LPT 2523.

Customers were able to apply for finance to purchase the Tata Motors range of vehicles. “Seven vehicles were ordered at the event,” says Shukla.

‘”The initiative forms part of Tata Automobile Corporation’s focus on network effectiveness and connecting with customers. The objective is to reconnect with existing customers, add new customers and showcase the range of new products from the two brands,” concludes Shukla.
